Ana Hanratty, Quality Assurance Coordinator

Prior to joining A1's team in 2005, Ana spent over twelve years with a worldwide retail giant. During her tenure there, she held several key positions including retail store manager where she was responsible for the daily operations and profit generation. Ana also worked within the Human Resource department which enabled her to sharpen her training ability, policy writing capacity, and general quality assurance process skills. Now as the Quality Assurance Coordinator for A1 Teletronics and a member of the American Society for Quality, Ana makes it her goal to educate all personnel on quality awareness according to the ISO standards.
