A1 Teletronics University

The agenda for this 125-day training program, designed to turn new hires into telecom specialists, looks like this:

Days 1-5: Representatives from A1's customer service, purchasing, credit/collections, IT, and operations teams orient new hires to A1's core capabilities.

Days 6-120: New hires shadow seasoned telecom specialists to receive the computer, technical, and customer service training required of all A1 telecom specialists.

Day 121: New hires graduate as telecom specialists, trained to meet the customer's telecommunications needs with the best service in the industry.

…and beyond: A1 telecom specialists undergo continuing education to stay attuned to product trends and customer needs.
