A1 repairs and refurbishes every product we sell to you within our ISO 9002-certified Repair Center. Here's how:

  1. An A1 Expeditor will track your equipment from the moment it arrives at A1 to the moment we return it to you to ensure that it flows efficiently through our Repair Center.
  2. For our maintenance contract customers, we will provide you with an advance replacement while we complete your repair.
  3. An A1 Technician trained in the applications of every product we sell will perform an incoming functional test of your equipment to diagnose and repair it down to the component level if necessary.
  4. An A1 Assembler will refurbish your equipment to the highest quality standards.
  5. An A1 Test Technician will perform a complete functional test of your equipment, including a prolonged "burn-in" test.
  6. A1 will return your repaired equipment backed by our 24-month warranty. Plus, your first repair (up to $100) is free!
  7. At your request, A1 will provide you with equipment training and upgrade consultation.
